Professional Development Plan
Personalities come in all shapes and sizes. Everyone is different and unique in their own way. Personalities range from how you act with family to how you show yourself in your career. All different personalities all make up a workforce. In this paper we will be breaking down those personalities and presenting a plan that helps improve their relationship with their work and their team within their career.
Individual Assessments

They would probably take on more tasks then they are able to handle and that would bring up the factor of being a procrastinator. However they are intrigued by ideas and processes and they are very observant. This would help when it came to working with a team due to them paying close attention to the tasks at hand.
Producer. The producer with dominate style does not like authority, they are reluctant to change, they only share tasks if absolutely necessary, and they are very competitive. This type of personality style is very dominant and being the leader is what most wish to accomplish with this personality. The producers do however complete tasks on schedule and are able to focus when they are under pressure. Along with the dominant styles this type of personality is a go getter and is able to get the tasks done in a timely and sufficient manner.
Thinker. The thinker with cautious style likes to be right, they think logically, they seek precision, and avoid those who are irrational. This type of personality is cautious and would probably not find themselves in a leadership role. The thinkers emphasize reason and logic and they care about appearances. Thinkers also seek privacy and would probably work more efficiently on their own.
Perfecter. The perfecter with a cautious style follows rules, likes to have control, desires stability, and dislikes conflict. This type of personality would probably become a leader or a follower within a group. Since they like to be in control, but are...
