Domino’s Pizza Inc. is a privately held company which is a largest pizza delivery company in the world. The first Domino’s store was opened in 1960. Domino’s sells more than 400 million pizzas worldwide every year. According to the Domino’s corporate profile, “Each day, more than 1 million customers enjoy hot, delicious Domino’s pizza products on every inhabited continent on Earth” (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.).

This company believes in a good citizenship by making sure that they are taking good care of customers and team members. They also ensure that the food is safe and nutritious. Their goal is to ensure that they communicate the things they do today while investigate for tomorrow (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.).
Products and Service
The menu features pizza, pasta, oven-baked sandwiches, wings, breadsticks, salads, boneless chicken and desserts. Their menu expansion occurred in 1989 which includes the deep dish and pan pizza. According to the Domino’s Pizza, the new product launch cost $25 million which includes the new sheet metal pans with perforated bottoms cost of $15 million (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.). The Domino’s Pizza also started making extra-large pizzas with the 30 slides yard long. Recently in 2009, The Domino’s Pizza introduced its American legends line in specialty pizza that contains 40% more cheese than the company’s regular pizzas (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.). In 2010, the company changed its pizza recipe by making changes in sauce, dough and cheese used in their pizzas. Domino’s Pizza says its recipes of crust and toppings are top secret. I personally love Domino’s Pizza after they changed their recipe. They taste delicious.

Domino’s Pizza Inc. is an international pizza delivery corporation headquarters in Ann, Arbor, Michigan, United States (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.). The Domino’s Pizza operates in United States and more than 60 countries. The Domino’s Pizza operates 4,461 franchise stores in United States and 4,072 franchise stores outside of the United States.
The Competition
Domino’s Pizza is one of the most recognizable pizza brands in the world. On average, Domino’s sells more than one million pizzas every day and 10 million miles per week in deliveries. Domino’s Pizza has been very competitive in market. The competitors of this company are as followed. The McDonald, Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pizza Hut, Panera Bread, Papa John’s and etc. The McDonald, Pizza Hut and Domino’s Pizza are currently competing restaurant industry by having such a good deal that attract consumers.
Domino’s Culture
According to Dave Branson, “We live for the thrill of being fast and nice” (Domino’s Pizza Inc., n.d.). The CEO of this company believes that Domino’s Pizza people are basically the same.
