1. A great manager is someone who inspires their employees to be the best that they can be. They are positive and fair, they are willing to listen and try new ideas. If a manager can be open minded and willing to try new things to help their employees grow that is what will set them apart from all other managers.
2. The manager I work for now is a very ineffective manager, she gossips and shows extreme bias to employees she considers friends. She has created a hostile work environment and has employees who would rather call in sick with no pay than deal with her. She has made it so her employees are less productive and in a foul mood.

Sprint allowed me to change my phone because it wasn’t something that I liked, since they sent my order to a store I didn’t have to pay extra to change the type of phone I wanted. Most cell phone providers will not do that so I thought that was a great new innovated way to help the consumer be satisfied.
Wild Water Gets Soaked
1. The macroenvironmental will affect the Wild Water Park because new people will be moving into condos and they may bring more business to the park. The park may have to be more vigilant about their safety with the possible increase of customers. The economy plays a big factor into the macroenvironmental because if you can buy tickets for a family of 4 for the amount of buying one ticket for the newer amusement park Wild Water may see increased business. The natural ecology is in the Wild Water Parks favor because they are not producing any damaging pollutants into the air. They are facing some social issues because some people do like being in the water and would prefer to ride an amusement ride. The technology is a huge factor because you can only do so much with water but in an amusement park they can keep up on the changing technology. The competitive environment is that the Wild Water Park and the new amusement park will always be rivals. The new entrants will be that the Wild Water Park has been in business for a while and now the new amusement park has to compete with the water park. It also is going to affect the suppliers because now that a new park will be opening the supply and demand will be greater. The substitutes are that the customers may want to go to the new amusement park instead of the water park. The complements is that if the consumers want to relax and soak up some sun they may go to the water...
