All companies have a system of operations, where everything has its order and everything is in place. If it weren’t for operating systems, everything would be chaos, and no one would know what their tasks are. Can you imagine a company that basically lets you do whatever, where there were no rules, no accountability? Some people think that’s crazy, but there are other that think that the right idea.

The last group is the cooks or the ones that prepare that prepare the food for the customers. They are in charge making sure their order is correct. One difference in this are that these three companies have is that Burger King advertises that you a order your meal any way you want. The Slogan “have it your way” has been their main slogan for years. If you want a burger with no pickles, and add on the cheese, they will do it for you.
Other competitors like Wendy’s or McDonalds do not advertise the same thing, but they also will accommodate to your request, to a certain extent. Sometimes they will tell you why can’t do something, because they are not the competitor, it’s a very rude thing to say, but if they don’t want your business, then they will push you to go to the next company who will accommodate your order.
Assistant Managers and managers help out in all positions and oversee all operations of the restaurant. They are responsible for making sure the daily operations are going according to plan, all of the customer are happy and satisfied with the service being given and the order being right the first time. They also oversee and assist employees with any task that needs to be done. The managers can’t just manage the employees and expect the process to be seamless. They also need to assist them in helping out with the orders, and cleaning the restaurant id necessary.
Store Managers are the ones that are the head of the business. They make sure that everyone is doing their job and task, making sure the process is going as smoothly as possible, and is also in charge of making sure they have all the supplies that they need to run the business. There are much cost for a business to run smoothly, especially a fast food business. They need to see what’s trending, if there is anything special going on in that time, they need to make sure marketing materials are in the right place so people can see what’s new. Managers...
