” Human resource management is the link between the organization and the employees of the organization. The Human resources department has a lot of responsibilities because they are in charge of hiring the right employees for the right positions. The first task for the human resources department is hiring people who are equipped with superior knowledge that will help make the organization successful. Successful organizations need to have employees that are highly skilled, innovative and committed to striving for excellence. Another important task that the human resources department is responsible for is building loyalty and trust throughout the organization. Building a loyal and trustworthy relationship with employees will decrease the organizations employee turn-over rate. Constantly having to recruit and train new employees is much more expensive than keeping the organization’s existing employees. A good way to build a trustworthy relationship is by demonstrating integrity at all times. The human resource management team needs to always communicate openly and honestly. This will allow the employees to trust what they are being told and it will make communication a lot smoother between the organization and the employees. Another important task that is carried out by the human resource management team is keeping everyone informed with up to date knowledge of the company’s intentions and reinforcing job security.
