My name is Nikola Amador, my family and, friends call me Nik. I am traveling to Kava to meet the director of The Boeing Company, setting an example as a new employee; I have also been asked to help realign the business needs of Kava. Boeing has suppliers in all 50 states therefore, setting up an accounting office in Kava would help minimize the workload for several accounting offices in the United States that will make a huge difference in addition to adding jobs for the citizens in Kava. In the newly established building in Kava, Boeing will setup four areas of responsibilities. The Boeing Company will have the Pay It team, the Charge It team, the Support It team, and the Optimize It team.
The Pay It team’s duties will include reconciling financial statements, reconciling employees’ credit card accounts and making sure all the accounts and statements are balanced before closing out the end of the month records. The Pay It team is also responsible for removing unallowable expense charges from the account to another account for a second review.
The Charge It team’s duties are similar to the Pay It team’s duties. The Charge It team will contact the employees concerning unallowable and personal charges made to the company credit card. The Charge It team will assist the employee getting the amount owed for payment. The Charge It team will also be available to reconcile the employees’ accounts that have been suspended because of items not expensed to traveling expenses. The Charge It team will help the employee determine what is being paid and what needs paying.
The Support It team is available for employees calling into the helpdesk. The Support It team creates a ticket for the employees and forwards the ticket to the necessary It teams for resolution. The Support It team staff is available 24 hours a day. This is the first contact for the employees who may have problems using their company credit cards. The Support It team will also make contact with the Charge It team if an employee has maxed out his or her credit card. The Support It team will make contact with a Charge It representative for a limit increase to the employee’s company credit card.
The Optimize It team’s duties will be to produce the necessary data reports for all the It Teams. Having current reliable data from the Optimize It team will allow...
