Decisions in Paradise Business Scenario, Part II.
Introduction:
As it was discussed in the previous paper, “Decisions in paradise: Part I”, our company was looking at establishing a greater presence in Kava which is small island country in the South Pacific. Kava has been plagued with unfortunate circumstances that have brought about one disaster after another. , The problems facing the Arcadia Child and Youth Corporation were discussed. The problems were as follow: Organizational and Environmental Obstacles Construction, Resources and Actions Required, Ethical Implications, Factors Affecting Implementation has been evaluated. This paper will outline the implementation plan, address factors affecting said implementation and discuss ethical implication questions posed by employees and the executive team. The executive’s team decided to go ahead with the expansion of the Arcadia Child and Youth Center in Kava. The project team has develop a business charter defining all business rules to be followed in the child and youth center, including the requirement that employees must be of United States legal working age. We do not find that these two factors are no longer a concern. Because some of these youth will be of working age by the time this center is completed and will be able to be employed. The executive’s of Kava agreed to abide by the rules of the business charter including the requirement that employees must be of United States legal age. Even though, according
