Abstract
In this paper, it will define personal motivation of each employee of the organization or business. The discussion is a brief description of both situations and why he or she would be motivated or unmotivated. The next part of the paper defines how the situation aligns with the various motivational theories. Then the next part defines the specific motivational technique (if any) was at play in the motivational situation. In the case of an unmotivated situation and what technique should be implemented to correct the issue.

Has a meandering life, is task motivated, procedure motivated, and is motivated by conformable methods, directed by what others think.
Has a negatively attitude about the workplace.
Is a loser, looks at his or hers weaknesses and thinks of all the reason things can’t be done.
Fears failure and holds back. And also thinks of phony and basically dishonest” (TeamArete, 2006, p. 1, par. 1).
Motivational Theories
The next thing the paper will define is how to explain the situations align with the various motivational theories. The motivational theories are Instinct theory, Incentive theory, Drive theory, Arousal theory, and Humanistic theory these are the basic motivational theories of the workplace. The first one is Instinct theory means “people motivated to behave in certain ways because he or she is evolutionarily programmed to do so. Then there is Incentive Theory suggests that people are motivated to do things because of external rewards. Drive Theory it motivated people to take certain actions on more an order to reduce the internal tension that caused by unmet needs. Arousal Theory is suggests that people take certain actions to either decrease or increase levels of arousal. The last one is Humanistic Theory are based on the idea that people also have strong cognitive reasons to perform various actions” (Cherry, 2011. p. one). These are the basic motivational theories in today’s organization or around the workplace, and trying to understand what they mean to the employee or what kind of attitude he or she has.
Motivational Situation
The next discussion is a specific technique (if any) to play in the motivation situation. A situation that an individual was motivated by the organization, who was working at refurbishing computers.
