After all who cares? There is always 99999999+ more….
Guess what I am talking about? Yes you know it!! the numbers give away the story… for marketers it’s the most happening place out there, MNC’s are willing to spend billions to setup shop here.. When the clouds of recession gathers storm in the west it is a ray of hope and the next growth engine which will drive their top & bottom lines... The bean counters take a back seat here, the sales guys calls the shots, investment is the buzzword... and the strategists + lobbyists have a ball…

When it comes to customer service we don’t have a choice... It’s like a tossup between the better of the worst… Do we deserve this kind of a treatment? Surely not… So it begs the question why this happens?
Having interacted with a lot of professionals and industry insiders the answer you get is very vague… Some of them say that it is an evolving market and during the course of time things will change… But it begs the question when, and how long do we need to suffer?
