Management for an organization is a key factor when it comes to business flowing smoothly. Employees are hired with the organizations standards taking into consideration, and the vision, mission, and service strategy are applied through direction and motivation. Management performance is a major step towards success.

Training classes are offered to help workers with the process of growth and development as well as learning how to involve the family when it comes to the patients health or recovery. Co Production has the potential to enhance a patient's education (Leone, R.P., 2012). Miller’s health center introduce co production by allowing the patient and family to participate and stay aware of health care issues at hand. Some training is also mandatory to keep the mission and vision of the organization in perspective when it comes to providing the best healthcare available.
The vision of the Miller’s Women Health Care Center is to change the way women think about healthcare. By providing full comfort service, friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere, and affordable healthcare for women of all ages. The mission is providing proficient and profound healthcare. The service strategy is to be fair, set examples, and set clear, significant standards that state expectations for performance in all areas especially customer service (Fottler, et al., 2012).
