Which of the available conflict management strategies is most appropriate for the current situation with Clyde and Dan? Provide your rationale, including what factors you considered in making your selection. Your response should be at least 100 words.
The available management strategy that I think is more appropriate for the current situation with Dan and Clyde would be the team building project. They have to learn how to trust each other. For them learning how to trust each other is not only beneficial for them, but for the company as well. Once they gain the trust in each other, everything will run smoothly and also once they gain that trust in one another, they should also be able to communicate better. So, the next time it may happen, they will be able to confront each other instead of going around and telling everyone else about the problems that they are having with each other.

If my selected strategy is not successful, my alternate strategy would be to cross train all employees. Cross training is also beneficial for the company.
