Which of the available conflict management strategies is most appropriate for the current situation with Clyde and Dan? Provide your rationale, including what factors you considered in making your selection. Your response should be at least 100 words.

The conflict strategy that is the most appropriate for this situation would be the group interview or discussion between the two employees and their supervisors. This will give the employees the chance to say what they feel is going on and respond to the other employee. The supervisors will also get a chance to talk about what they feel is going on between the two and suggest some conflict resolution strategies. Ultimately if they cant solve their differences they will both have to be let go. The company will take every strategy against this until necessary because they are outstanding employees.

3. If the selected strategy is not successful, what is your alternate strategy? Provide your rationale for this selection. Your response should be at least 100 words.
If the strategy is not successful and the problem continues and effects the production of our facility we can try one more strategy to fix this problem.
