INTRODUCTION
PROJECT CONTEXT
Everyone in the business world is looking for a way to increase the efficiency of their business. Today, most of the schools are using manual processing of their transaction that causes many problems. In using manual system, they will need a lot of papers, spend more time and effort in writing the data on the log book. To minimize these problems, scholarship profiling system to be developed will improve the processing of papers for the scholar students and lessen the workload of the personnel. This study introduce as the source for helping them well manage the services they offer. It was made to change the present manual use by the school in processing document for scholars.
Specific Objectives:
* The System will minimize the burden time of the personnel.
* The System will give easier and faster transaction to the user.
* The System will sustain the very much need of the institution.
* The System will develop an accurate and organize files.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS OF THE PROJECT
The System aims to provide proper security for the data and ensure to records well manage and properly organize. In effect, processing of the documents will easier and faster.
SCOPE
The system has the ability to add, update, edit and delete applicants transaction on the save files, it can view and print, sorted by name, department, scholarship, section and by gender.
LIMITATIONS
The system does not cover the computing of fees and providing forms of the specific scholarship sponsors. It is limited only for the transaction of scholarship programs.
IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY
The researcher hopes that the findings of this study would be of great help to the following.
The Student. It will lessen the burden time of waiting for processing their documents.
The School. The study will give great help to the company itself. It will make the transaction and the processes correct as the system will be use.
The Scholarship Coordinator. It will help them sort files of the scholars in easiest and fastest way.
The Researcher. This study is a great opportunity and enhances their ability and potential. This will give the researcher the ideas and techniques and creating a certain system. After completing this study their knowledge and skills will be broaden and will help them to solve a specific problem with in the fields of information technology.
The Future Researcher. Through this study, they will gain information, ideas, opinions and knowledge on how to develop a system. It will drive them to prepare themselves on the on-going challenges they will conquer in the world of information technology the field of knowledge they will choose.
