In the desire for full achievement and enthusiasm within an organization, motivation is an essential requirement. Communication All businesses need effective communication to have motivated personnel. Good listening is where effective communication begins. Open communication and concerned listening enhances motivation. The ability to communicate openly with superiors gives personnel a sense of self worth and importance regarding their job. This sense of self worth instills motivation into employees and ultimately into the organization.
Teamwork The most productive employees in a company are the ones who are motivated and work well as part of a team. Organizations with successful teamwork involve open communication and encouragement in their team meetings. People working together accomplish a shared sense of purpose through camaraderie. This camaraderie motivates personnel and increases productivity for the entire organization. Therefore, an organization that utilizes successful teamwork will have a motivated workforce.
