Communication and Collaboration Strategy Paper
Verbal linguistic is the ability to communicate through language, reading, writing, and speaking. People with linguistic intelligence love and are talented with words. They enjoy reading, writing and learning languages. They have an ability to teach and explain things to others. They learn best by reading, taking notes and going to lectures. I can say that when I took the pathways to learning assessment my score for verbal linguistic was a 15. I do like to read, write, and tell stores I just don’t do it a lot.
Visual Spatial intelligence is the ability to understand spatial relationships and to perceive and create images like visual art, graphic design, charts, and maps. I can say that when I took the pathways learning assessment my score for interpersonal was a 21 and I learned that I work better in a group and I enjoy helping others. I’m going to come up with a strategy for effective communication and collaboration between people that are interpersonal and verbal linguistic.
Here are some specific things that people that are interpersonal and verbal linguistic would do to work well together. As I’ve done a little research people that are interpersonal and verbal linguistic have a few things in common so I think that these group of people will communicate well with each other. These people can get together as a team read through their assignment to understand it and communicate well as a team since they both like to read and speak.
Organizers are people that responsible, reliable, operating successfully within social structures, and sense of history, culture, and dignity. Organizers also can efficiently manage heavy work loads, good organizational skills, and natural leadership qualities. When I took the personality spectrum assessment my score as an organizer was 29. I‘ve always known that I am good at organizing and keeping things in order.
Givers are people that are honest, authenticity, successful close relationships, and make a difference in the world. Givers also are always willing to help others, sincere, and have good people skills. While taking the assessment my score as a giver was a 27.
Adventurers are people that have high ability in a variety of fields, courage and daring, and hands-on problem solving. Adventurers are also adaptable to most changes, creative and skillful, and dynamic and fast-paced. While taking the assessment my score as an adventurer was a 26.
Here is a way that an organizer and an adventurer collaborate with each other. The organizer and adventurer can work well together by putting their work in some kind of order. They can also take heavy work loads and work at a fast-pace to get things done.
