Developing Strategies
There are a few strategies that can be helpful for creating effective communication and collaboration among certain individuals. These individuals come from a diverse background, and they have learning styles and personality traits that vary. It is a hard task to meet each learning style during one project, but individuals need to learn to adapt. For example, a visual learner must learn to adapt to writing notes during a lecture. In this paper I will develop strategies to help me, as a logical learner/thinker, communicate and collaborate well with other learning/personality styles.
The Visual Learner
The learning style assessment states that I am a logical learner; this means that I like to brainstorm ideas and create an outline. Being in an online class, I would be able to create an outline of ideas that the team members have come up with and post them on the computer for everyone to see. I would make this learner a key member of the team (does not have to be the team leader) because this individual likes the interaction of others, which will help with conflict management.
The Giver Type
Much like the interpersonal learner, this individual can be very helpful in the learning team. This individual likes to help others, so this makes him or her have excellent people skills. This individual would have wonderful conflict management skills, so I would love to have this individual on my team. From reading my personality assessment, I have a thinker type of personality and having a giver personality comes in a close second. Possessing this type of personality, an individual will be able to communicate effectively among other team members.
The Organizer Type
This type of personality relates very well to the logical learner; in which they love to organize ideas. The best strategy for an efficient learning team would be to make this type of individual either the leader or a key member to keep things in order. The individual will get the assignments completed on time. For this to occur, the individual will assign members of the team certain tasks, and then get these tasks completed according to the proper APA formatting.
The Thinker Type
The best strategy for this type of personality would be for this individual to be placed as the brains behind the scene. The individual would be able to provide information by doing adequate research on an assignment for the team. The only issue would be that an individual with a thinker personality likes to work alone. The individual would rather work independently than work in a group.

Summary and Conclusions
The strategies stated for each learning style and personality type would help create effective communication and collaboration amongst the learning team members. If there are too many of the same styles, there may be some conflict involved. Hopefully, a giver or an interpersonal type is placed in the group for conflict management. If the right combinations of styles are in the learning team, the individuals in the team would be able to work proficiently and effectively.
