Essay 1: College Stress
College students are one of the biggest groups of people that are suffering through a deep stress in their daily life. They are having many difficulties in college that they are not used to it because college is just example of being a responsible adult in a real life which is challenge for them especially when they finish high school. The first years students are the ones that are having the hardest time dealing with stress in college because they live in a new environment which they need to get used to comparing to those who have attended college for years. The conditions of depression that college students put in through their daily life are their personal life, living in a new environment and responsibilities.

The outcome of college students to overload is deep depression, tired, and change of attitude.
Living in a new environment is tough for college students and they need to get used to the way of living in college. College is way too different than high school because mostly all classes have subject that are harder to learn and stricter than high school. Half of students who have move away after graduating high school and get a room that are closed to the college that they are attending have receive stress because they are either homesick or haven’t get used to their surrounding such as new roommates or their classes. The result of stress is called psychosocial stressors which is living on a new environment, being exhausted, anxiety and fawn response.
Finally, responsibly is another way that causes college students to get stress because they need to do tasks that they haven’t done before without using their parents help. For example, college students need jobs to pay their rents or cleaning the house such as washing their clothes, and keep everything in order. Many college students wants to have a free time for themselves to relax but they know that doing their responsibility and college works is their first priority. This cause some of them to have a mental breakdown because they are not used to do too many responsibility.
In conclusion, the conditions of depression that college students put in through their daily life are their personal life, living in a new environment and responsibilities. It should be recommended that college students should ask help if they having a big stress during their daily life. There are ways college students can relax such as managing their finances for the reason that it will help them in the near future in case they need money to paid their classed in college. For mental and physical help they should take tai chi classes which are similar to yoga that will help relax their muscle and peacefully mind but the most important is to get enough sleep and eating properly
