The code of ethics is distributed to all new employees. There are postings that included the ethics hotline number in all employee areas. Our company performs random surveys to our customers twice a week to ensure that we’re providing good customer service. Our employees are rewarded with bonuses based on these surveys.
Our surveys are graded on a scale from one to ten, a score lower than an eight is considered a zero. In order for our employees to receive their full bonus our scores must be eight or higher 95% of the time. Since the rewards program was implemented it has been successful, we’ve seen a reduction in customer complaints and increase in company moral.
