Code of Ethics
Purpose
We strive to offer top level products to our clients while interfacing and communicating positively at all levels. We intend to provide an experience while also taking care of your consumer needs and wants. Our manufacturing warehouse consists of top of the line equipment and has the intent of producing fine products with fast distribution to consumers.
Confidentiality
We are committed to extending absolute integrity to all customers, associates, and suppliers when confidentiality is involved. All situations involving both general commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received will be addressed with the utmost attention and with extreme caution.
Ethics

Contracts executed with suppliers will not be broken/terminated early unless ethical issues arise between parties. We will always try to sustain contractual requirements and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers throughout the operations of business.
Quality Assurance
Every product includes a 2 year warranty and satisfaction guarantee. If a product is defective, the warranty may be used for a replacement. If the customer is not satisfied with a purchase, a complete refund will be granted so long as the receipt and the item are presented. If a complaint is made regarding quality, a full assessment of the product will be done and action WILL be taken to correct the issue.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, check, debit, PayPal, or credit (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Payment plans can be arranged for purchases larger than $200. Our terms are generally a 20% minimum monthly payment beginning within the first month after the purchase.
Occupational Health and Safety
DO RIGHT INDUSTRIES, INC. is dedicated to maintaining a healthy environment. Our buildings are cleaned nightly to ensure a bacteria-free and risk-free workplace. A safety manual has been designed to educate employees on safety in the workplace. If you do not have a copy of this manual upon completing your first week of employment, please contact your HR department.
Employee Internet and Email Use
Passwords must be changed on a weekly basis. While on company computers, employees are only allowed on the DO RIGHT inventory site. Employees are prohibited from personal internet or email use. If there is an emergency, speak with your manager about getting personal usage permission.
