Developing a Code of Ethics is tremendously important for any company or organization. These codes will embody the ethical commitments of the company and tell everyone what you stand for and also what they can expect when they conduct business with the company.

This is important for both the patient and their family members; this lets these patients be closer to family and loved ones.
Happy at Home employs a variety of professionals. These professionals include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse’s Aides and Physical Therapists. These professionals can provide many different types of services. They can provide basic to advanced services and can also provide a full range of rehabilitation services. Basic services vary from assistance with activities of daily living to preparing meals for patients. Advanced services may include wound care and assessment to administration of ordered intravenous medications. Thus, the services of this company vary widely depending on the needs of the patient and their families.
The mission statement of Happy at Home is as follows: Happy at Home is committed to the care and improvement of human life. We will therefore provide high quality, cost effective care to every patient and family we serve.
The vision statement is as follows: Every staff member will provide an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.

Happy at Home believes that we must be available for our patients, family, employees and the community. With this in mind, we will provide service excellence to all that we serve.
The caring model takes into account the individual worth of each and every individual we serve. Further, we realize that each patient requires different levels of care and support. This may include physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual support.
Happy at Home also believes that each patient has basic needs, rights, privileges and preferences, which must be respected regardless of race, color, age, sex, creed, national origin, economic status or physical disability. Thus, each and every patient will be treated with nothing but respect.
Each and every patient will be truthfully told of their conditions and what can be expected from their rehabilitation. It is also our responsibility to prepare our patients for this information and support them.
