Classic Airlines has seen decreases in its profit shares and Classic Rewards members than in the past (University of Phoenix, nd., p. 1). Such decreases have had a significant impact on customer satisfaction levels and organizational profits. Therefore, senior executives, marketing, and financial analysts must use the appropriate marketing approach to address such issues and concerns of the organization potentially filing for bankruptcy. Understanding consumer’s needs, wants, and demands also has a significant impact on Classic Airlines’ customer service satisfaction levels and organizational profits and methods to target the airline market. Thus implementing distinct marketing strategies and concepts will increase the organization’s probability of increasing market shares, increasing Classic Rewards members, and increasing the amount of times that existing Classic Rewards members fly with the airline. The information obtained by Classic Airlines’ senior management and analysts enables executives to select the most suitable marketing approach for the organization to take; meanwhile, not cutting costs that will impose more risks for the airline.
