A Christian worldview is the way that Christians think and makes sense of and the view the world as a whole. The view of the world is not merely limited to Christians but others who were created into being as well. Born of well educated parents, Stephen Hawking is deemed one of the most brilliant theoretical physicists in history. He has attempted to bring understanding to non scientists in an effort to discern physics and the creation and existence of the universe. Comparison and contrast with my own worldview will reveal Hawking’s interpretation and perspective of family, excelling in his career, and the nature of God.

Stephen Hawking a physicist, a former Professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge which a position that was held by Sir Isaac Newton at one and presently the Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology at Cambridge has done many studies and written many books that challenges the nature of God. Although totally paralyzed and wheelchair bound for his entire adult life Hawking was still able to travel around the world to give lectures proving to be determined to accelerate and excel within his career.
The Christian world view of excelling in a career is that with God on your side along with will power and faith you can achieve and be anything that you press forth to be. In an effort to better myself just as Hawking I set goals to exceed them by propelling myself to do more than others can imagine.
Nature of God
Many debates and disputes have taken place throughout history in an effort to refute that God created the universe. In his book, The Grand Design, Hawking attempt to illustrate that including God is not required to justify the birth of the universe. His main focus is to have an understanding of the universe and why it exists. Hawking believes that the universe began as nothing and became something. Having agnostic views of religion, Hawking completed many studies detailing what he believes to be the theory of the universe coming into existence through the significance of the laws of nature and the quantum mechanics that all things began as energy or matter spontaneously from the invisible which exceed space and time not a because of a superior being. “Because quantum mechanics predicts the probability that universes spontaneously arise as the result of quantum fluctuations, no divine creator is necessary to explain why there is something instead of nothing†(Bochynski, 2011).
My worldview leads me to believe that God existed before anything ever was. Just as Hawking believes or attempts...
