to be challenging. I am sure I will be anxious, nervous and extremely excited to finally have my

I
consider having the opportunity to establish myself professionally in this field is a personal
reward. Rewards in teaching include both intrinsic and extrinsic benefits. The intrinsic rewards
motivate me the most. However, the schedule, benefits and salary are important to me. The
summer breaks and holidays will allow me to balance work and family.

PERSONAL REFLECTION
Most all professions will have challenges and rewards. I am certain that being prepared and
organized will aid in overcoming the challenges that I will be faced with. Having a good sense of
humor will help with me cope with the day to day challenges. At the end of the day I feel the
rewards will offset the challenges. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Philippians 4:13.
