Administrator: Let me first begin by saying Good Morning and welcome. It is my understanding there has been a disagreement regarding the approach that should be used to target the needs of our student base. I am here to provide an opportunity to discuss this matter and come to a resolution. The goal is for us to determine a plan of action that will be effective in the success of students. Mrs. Vet you bring to the table years of experience and repor with the local community. Mrs. New you bring fresh ideas and ne innovative ways to stimulate the minds of the students. In an effort to be effective educators the single most important quality that every teacher should possess is a love and passion for teaching young people. First and foremost an effective teacher demonstrates a caring attitude, which the both of you display me. What are some changes are you willing to consider going forward?
Mrs. New: I would be willing to embrace professional development on incorporating our current text with new ideas and innovations. I feel this would allow for us to reach our student maximum potential.
Mrs. Vet: Mrs. New has some great ideas I would be willing to implement in my classroom. I would like to hold true to past practices, values, and standards. I feel Mrs. New could bring a good spin to our current textbooks.
