Evaluate the obligation Flayton Electronics has to its customers to protect their private data.

All client data needs to be kept secure all of the time. Doing this helps to protect company operations from being slowing down because the firm looks bad in the eyes of the public. Flayton Electronic has an obligation to protect all client information so that their needs are met without and drama or dilemmas. The firm does not want to have an instance on their hands where personal client data or company records were compromised.

Fundamentals of communication strategy are:
1. Communication rationale and objectives
2. The communication principles
3. The audience identification
4. Analysis and the communication activities.
The intention of this communication arrangement is to update the respected clients of Flayton Electronics on the breach in security, but in a delicate manner that is not to cause any tension. This allows management to deal with the situation in a timely manner. The communication provided will assemble the relationship linking the organization and clients all the way through the creation of understanding the circumstances at hand.
The principle of the communication strategy will include principles that are going to ensure effective delivery of information.
1. Message that is tailor made for the problem analysis.
2. Execution of the information in straight forward manner that will does not lead to speculations on what is going on within the organization.
This communication will include interior messages that are consistent to always reinforce the change that has occurred within Flayton Electronics. The fixed points of communication strategy are to be evaluated to make certain the message is evidently implicit.

Determine the extent to which Flayton Electronics’ brand was damaged by the security breach.

Flayton had an extraordinary record. But, the security breach caused the firm to lose many clients who were under the impression that Flayton Electronics was not well secured and data could be accessed. Any long term client relationships were greatly damaged due to the image that the firm developed after being faced with a security breach. Items purchased from the organization with stolen credit cards also created a terrible image for the company.
Recommend procedures that Flayton Electronics should take to prevent future security breaches.

If you follow standards for protecting data in an effective manner, then it can be utilized to provide protection for clients. This secures all information from situations such as identity theft and or inappropriate use of data. Selling sensitive information to another party will help Flayton Electronics find themselves being legally liable for any damages that may occur. The company should...
