Case Study Framework

Background

The people behind the successful Tadka Twist are Mr. Manvendra Solanki and Mr Kirtan Patel. Tadka Twist which is situated at Shop 2-3, Splendor Complex, Near Manisha Chokwdi,, Old Padra Road, Sahkar Nagar, Tandalja, Vadodara, Gujarat 390015 is a crowd-drawer every night. It was opened in August 16th 2013.Tadka Twist is multi cuisine restaurant its interiors with the ceiling bearing exquisite paintings and wall painting create a charming atmosphere for customers. With Tadka Twist success, the two owners have decided to open another restaurant in future.

This will widen our understanding of the restaurants thus enabling us to do a more detailed report.

Informal interviews will be conducted with the current customers who patronize Tadka Twist to find out what they think of the restaurant and the service being offered. We would also interview potential customers to get a brief exposure of the public’s opinion of Tadka Twist. The target of this group of interviewees will be residents in Baroda as well as tertiary students.

Time Frame
The study on Tadka Twist will be carried out from January to February, a total of Two months. This is to ensure that more information can be gathered and with a greater level of accuracy.

This project is based on a case study of the Multi Cuisine- Tadka Twist restaurant. It looks at the various aspects of the restaurant, namely: Mr. Manvendra Solanki and Mr Kirtan Patel the man behind, the Tadka Twist background, concept, management, and an insight into the future plans of Tadka Twist.
The purpose of this study also seeks to enhance our knowledge on how a restaurant is managed and the types of marketing strategies that it undertakes to maintain a competitive edge in Indian F&B industry today. Numerous restaurants are entering into the market and each tries to differentiate itself from the rest of the competitors. Tadka Twist was chosen as our case study because of its fine Multi cuisine Restaurant in Baroda. Through this case study, we obtained an in-depth understanding of the critical factors behind Tadka Twist success as well as the high standards of quality offered to its patrons. Our research yielded the conclusion that a successful restaurant offers much more than just good food. The quality of service plays an important role in retaining customers and with this; word-of-mouth does the advertising for you. Tadka Twist takes into account the smallest detail in meeting the customers’ needs and ensuring them of a great dining experience at the restaurant. Good management is also crucial as the staff can all work together to serve the customers to the best of their ability. For its future plans, the outlook is positive and Tadka Twist will continue to improve and innovate to offer the highest standard of wonderful food and quality service for its customers.

It is situated in Shop 2-3, Splendor Complex, Near Manisha Chokwdi, Old Padra Road, Sahkar Nagar, Tandalja, Vadodara, and Gujarat 390015. Concept

The concept of Tadka Twist is based on the desire of creating a warm and comfortable ambience with good taste and quality food for its customers.
