Basic problems
They have competition. They're not the only one in the painting equipment market and some of their other competitors are already with businesses that are already in the worldwide market.
Some of their competitors are state owned giving them an advantage due to preferential treatment by the government
They are only a medium-sized firm and are not as large as some of their competitors, having only three small automobile firms.
Automobile manufacturers may be less inclined to enter the U.S/Western Europe market due to customer demand for quality and safety, as well as the environmental standards.
