Introduction

ABC. Inc successfully hired Carl Robins six months ago to be the new campus recruiter where he is officially facing his first recruiting experience. Carl successfully recruited 15 new trainees to work for Monica Carrolis, the operations supervisor. Carl apparently was contacted by Monica Carrolis in regards to setting up training schedules, manuals, policy booklets, physicals, drug tests and a host of other issues. Carl as the new campus recruiter must assure Monica Corralis and the company that everything would be arranged in time. This did not put him in a good position. Therefore, Carl decided to go to the training room to see if any of the orientation manuals were there. When he went there, he noticed that Joe, from technology services, was setting up computers for training on new database software that would continue through the new hire training. At this point, Carl had two major issues to deal with, which were: missing paperwork and two trainings scheduled at the same time in the training room

It appears that Carl wasn’t taking into consideration the deadline he had, that was set for July. Carl had been working at ABC Inc for approximately six months so basically he’s still new to the process and operations of the company. However, he seemed to have had a foundation as well as a good plan for what needed to be done. Still, he unsuccessfully met his training process for the new people he hired within the selected timeline. With only one month left, he decided to do the follow up process and became conscious that nothing had really been accomplished to meet his scheduled deadline.
Whenever a business brings in new employees it can be very complex and pricey for the company to get these people properly trained. An orientation is the most imperative course of a new hired employee. To weigh the importance of proper training it is definitely willpower of that employee’s success or failure within any company. Upon the hiring of these new employees one can undoubtedly see that Carl Robins did not have the facts and experience to accomplish the intended goal for the company and the employees.
Management for the company was proud of Carl because this was his first recruitment effort, and he was able to hire 15 new employees for Monica, the Operation Supervisor of the company. He scheduled the new-hire training to take place in July in the training room. He thought everything was going great. He even assured Monica, when she contacted him on June 15th, that everything that was needed to have the new hire ready would be complete on...
