I am aiming to go to grad school for my Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing upon completion of my bachelor’s degree, and this information has given me even more confidence that I am on the right path. Many of the strengths listed I already knew about myself, having this confirmed will give me the confidence to trust my instincts about myself and stop holding back.
My strengths are delivering results, writing, goal focused, entrepreneurial thinking, organizing and innovating. I have always loved writing and working on projects, and I already use this skill to my benefit. I have used my competencies to help me evaluate arguments. Before I get involved in any argument or discussion with someone, I make sure I know what I am talking about. By using my writing and innovative strengths, I research the topic and write down anything related to the same. By doing this, I am backing myself up with facts and valid information to rebut anything to the contrary as well as organizing my thoughts on paper to make more sense of the topic and show my credibility.
Understanding my competencies will ultimately make me a better candidate, for any position I seek. These competencies will improve with time, and will result in more skills to offer a potential employer.
