The second part of the development plan will attend to the training needs for each individual chosen to be a member of my team that will help them accomplish the strategic goals for the company.

To evaluate training needs and develop a plan to meet those needs, an analysis needs to be performed on four levels. Analysis needs to be done organizationally to decide what training is needed by employees to accomplish the strategic goals of the company. The next analysis is done on the demographics of the workers. • Has a vast personal network of industry professionals • Strong problem solving skills Terry Garcia, Outside Sales Representative • Ability to communicate, educate, and use critical thinking skills in problem resolution • Understands the value in working as a team in order to get the final outcome. • Educated consumer Based on the analysis the following trainings needs have been identified as required by the team members to help them achieve the strategic goals of InterClean: Training on the products sold by InterClean Training in Critical thinking and Problem Solving. Training on the environmental laws and regulations Training on how to provide great customer service Training on team building Diversity training Training on the basics of marketing Based on the individual assessments, the training that will be offered to each employee is as follows: Donna Wilson and Dennis White will be required to complete all of the training offered to bring them up to par for meeting the challenges of the new team. Susan Burnt will need to complete the training on critical thinking and problem solving, environmental laws and regulations, team building, diversity training, and marketing. Eric Borden and Ving Hsu will need to complete the training on products, the environmental laws and regulations, team building, diversity training, and marketing basics. Terry Garcia will need product training, environmental laws and regulations, customer service, team building, diversity training and marketing basics. The initial training will be completed within four weeks.
