Lack of time to organize the project CanGo is trying to be ready for the near holiday season, and money/resources are in short supply. The management team appears to be unprepared and not very good leading their teams to success.
To handle all of these problems CanGo needs to start looking at what was successful in other businesses, or maybe looking at other businesses to join in a partnership. Joining into a partnership with a big name like Google, Microsoft, or possibly Zynga could give the resources and experience that is lacking in order to spread into this venture.
Tapping into the labor offered by local colleges and schools. Internships could be a good source of free labor/experience that could be beneficial in the long run.
CanGo is trying to enter into the market of online gaming. In the world of online gaming there are three major areas. Social networks, Smart phone app users, and console gaming are the three major players in the market. Console gaming owns the biggest owners of the market, however, this portion of the market is for the companies that are more established and require a more experienced company to venture in. The social network and the smart phone apps are the best for CanGo to enter into at the moment.
