Research Methodology:-
The research methodology is going to be deductive wherein a conclusion is going to be deduced from a given number of set facts. Also the inductive methodology might be used wherever required. Primary data would be used by conducting interviews in the HR department and the placement cell of the institution. Secondary data would also be used to understand what has already been done on this issue. The relevant material used for reference shall be cited in proper footnotes, mentioned in the bibliography.
Footnoting Style:-
The general footnoting style as approved by The National Law University, Jodhpur is going to be used in the project.


According to Edwin B. Flippo, “Recruitment is the process of searching the candidates for employment and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organization”. Recruitment is the activity that links the employers and the job seekers. It is a process of finding and attracting capable applicants for employment. The process begins when new recruits are sought and ends when their applications are submitted. The result is a pool of applications from which new employees are selected. The main objective of the recruitment process is to expedite the selection process.
Sources of Recruitment

In this project, we will be dealing with Campus Recruitment which is an external source of recruitment.
The task of filling up vacant positions in a company is very important and must be done right in order to get the best people to work for you and take the Company forward with their skills and commitment. Companies have been using a variety of methods to employ and select personnel to work for them and Campus Recruitment is one of the newest methods used by most Companies today.
Campus Recruitment or Campus Placement has become a popular and commonly used method for selecting personnel in an organization. In Campus Recruitment, Companies / Corporate (HR department personnel) visit some of the most important Technical and Professional Institutes in an attempt to hire young intelligent and smart students at source.
