The role of cabin crew excites me as no two days will ever be the same, presenting me with new challenges something which I enjoy. It is an opportunity to work amongst like-minded individuals who share the same passion for customer service as I do. The role will allow me to meet and serve customers from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, and I will endeaour to personalise my service to ensure that not only are their needs met but exceeded wherever possible. I take pride with my appearance and having studied Travel and Tourism I am familiar with the high grooming standards expected of Cabin Crew when representing the company. I would be attentive and respectful to every customer meeting and exceeding their expectations wherever possible.

Tell me about a time when you have received great customer service.
During the summer of 2014 whilst travelling to Portugal on my annual holiday, I experienced great customer service from staff within the Auramar Hotel. Upon arrival we were advised that our hotel rooms were not ready, however staff made us feel as comfortable as possible by seating us in their lounge and offering us a selection of refreshments and patisseries, accompanied with hot towels and the use of wet rooms. ‘Alberto’ introduced himself, explaining that he would notify us as soon as our rooms were available and personally make it a priority to speed up the process. He returned 30 minutes later to accompany us to check in and advised us that our cases were already in our allocated rooms. Alberto along with one other employee escorted us to our rooms.
