Re: | Store changes |

Dear Employees,
Greats job on preserving the stores we have and we are happy to announce that through hard times we have been able to keep all stores open and operating. Due to the struggle in mounting gas prices we are forced to alter store business hours and operations that will have emotional impact all stakeholders, which include managers, you the employees, and the community. The following are the modifications being made:

* Part Time Employees: Four Days a week Five Hours a Day equaling Twenty hours a week

We are elated to report that we do not have to lay-off or terminate any employee’s employment. These modifications will permit each full-time employee to remain at their full-time employee status. The alterations will likewise allow Sundays off for each employee giving each employee more personal and family time. Once again, I greatly appreciate the energy put out and I thank you for all the solid work. If you have any questions please feel free to communicate them to your manager as we have an open door policy and have allotted time for each manager to communicate with their team in regards to the modifications.
