During our interview with Stephanie unfortunately it wasn’t very pleasant. She was rude and wasn’t willing to share a lot of information. This completely changed my mind on coming to the studio and trying out the classes. In our short interview, Stephanie spoke about one of the difficult issue is that during the busy time of the say they don’t have enough bikes for all customers. Being in the heart of downtown Los Angeles near by FIDM id defiantly a big success for the business. Many FIDM students go to YAS fitness studio for a total body workout. This helps the student’s keep up with their health and release stress from a hard day at school. YAS offers all FIDM student 10% discount.

As Stephanie said “if downtown Los Angeles is not a good location, I wouldn’t be here”. She does see a future here and is looking forward to expand the studio and the classes.
In my observation and the interview I learned that YAS offers amazing workouts for people who enjoy yoga and spinning. They do have a huge opportunity to grow in the downtown location. But, unfortunately, after interviewing Stephanie I will not return to the studio. They need really focus on customer service.
