Overview
The main purpose of HR Department is to provide priority base services to workers and to authoritarian support to leaders. The department responds to all queries within given time duration. All concerns related to advertisement, screening, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development are planned and process under this department. Moreover, all cases related to employee’s promotion, leaves, job duties and responsibilities are also planned by this department. Individual aptitude lies at the origin of every great idea. A business is not an end in itself however a way of developing situation constructive to the development of talent. By residing trustworthy to this perfect the L'Oreal HR team has to reconcile key components: they must help L'Oreal workers choose the exact career path although carrying the company's company goals. Carrying L’Oréal’s executives worldwide, the Human Resource team's operation is to appeal, identify, choose, conceive and pay the finest talents in all the group's business flats and divisions.
The L’Oreal organization has milestones it plans to meet in the near future. These include: “putting Biotherm in the top 10 within the next 3 years, and successfully introducing new brands” (Learning Community L’Oreal, 2007). These goals are not achievable without the company’s HR support process. For example, HR can calculate the “Full Time Employee” (FTEs) that have the skills to bring about this company’s goals, and ensure trained personnel can be retained to achieve the company’s objectives. In addition, the HR department can create scorecards and performance plans that monitor the day-to-day activates that will ensure its workers are focused on the goals of the company. L’Oreal’s many objectives are to build lasting, dynamic and transparent relations with its employees grounded on trust and mutual respect. To succeed in that, L'Oreal's H.R. department applies a forceful employment in order to enhance the group skills. L’Oreal offers its employees best working environment with continuous development plan. It offers ongoing professional expansion through training scheme according to employee needs that are adapted to international professional career paths also, high pay along with profit sharing scheme. The company also offers protection to its employees and energetic community conversation with workforce at European level and throughout other countries across the world.
Recruitment & Selection

To support its development in new markets L'Oreal requirements new abilities those are ready to handle the tests of the future. In 2010 the General Management of the group set a driven key point, specifically to pull in a billion new clients inside the following ten years.
