Overview: Human Resources Management is the strategic management of the employees, who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the organization.
To achieve HR goals, HRM helps in recruitment of human capital, training, motivation and maintenance of workforce .HR plays a significant role in clarifying the organization’s problems and providing solutions, while making employees working more efficiently. On the other hand, challenges do not cease for the HRM. Modern organizations can survive in the dynamic, competitive environment of today only if they capitalize on the full potential of each employee. So this assignment will give you the opportunity of learning MNCs’ HRM practices.

Step 2: Consider HRM practice following dimensions and for each dimension describe the managers’ role and activities being performed in your chosen company.

Step 3: Prepare a Questionnaire before conducting interview comprising all above mentioned HRM functions in detail and seek for approval by your course instructor.
Step 4: Prepare a report of the whole process and the findings of your analysis (the report should include: executive summary , table of contents, functions of HRM in your selected industry, Challenges faced by HR managers, conclusion ,summary, bibliography, any form used by organization, employee hand book, etc.)

According to the policy, the late submission of course work (without any prior permission) will be penalized by deducting 10% from the maximum marks of that assessment item till one day. Any projects submitted after the dead line will not be entertained.

The students found being indulged in these scenarios will be penalized by:
