Having an organizational mission is an organization's main reason for existence? It often reflects the values and beliefs of top managers in an organization (Bart, C.K., Fall, 1998). A mission statement is the broad definition of the Baderman Island Resort. When a resort has a good mission statement it inspires employees and provides a focus. Baderman’s Island Resort value statements define the organization’s basic philosophy, principles and ideals. They also set the ethical tone for the institution. An organization’s values are evident in the statements that define the organization and the processes used to achieve its mission and vision (David, Forest R., February, 2003).
Its goal is to develop and improve there sort by enhancing the areas that can be
used for more facilities (Apollo Group, 2005). The company’s goal is to amplify the
