As Toyota follows the lean production system it also follows the rule of lean warehousing as well. To achieve its goal Toyota first gave training to its employees as it is their employees who will play important role to achieve the target. They are the one who can identify the problems and made the solution. To develop such ability in them they were trained. Their training involves to identify the value stream mapping and to analyze that which activities are waste in value stream. So after highlighting the waste it can be eliminated from the process which will result in reduced cost.
