This graph is an overall review of primary and secondary research of Key West Hotel.
This graph indicates towards the overall review which has been taken in form of percentage which shows the four groups of people who visit Key West Hotel. Starting from surfers they are 60% the reason is that the hotel locates in coast side. Then the families are around 40% percent, the reason for that is because of poor services of hotel although it is very convenient in terms of price but the condition of hotel is very poor. The third group is coach parties during summer times mostly people loves to travel and these parties visit hotel their percentage is around 70 percent. The fourth group is sports team they are around between 40% percent to 50% percent.
Current and future trends in the hospitality market in south west part of England
The hospitality industry in England has been increased different hotels bring different changes like it depends what kind of hotel that is either leisure hotel or business class hotels. Mainly every hotel has got security, valet policy, good car parking with clean atmosphere. In some hotels it is present but if not so there should be a changing station for small kids, there should be a TV security if not should be in the doors of every room. The hotel staff should be co operative with customers, because the repeat customers give more business then the new ones. The new trend which also increases the market in hospitality industry is because of different deals in different seasons like Christmas deal or New Year deals which decreases the prices of rooms or if like for example any mistake is done by hotel staff, hotel management offers client lunch or dinner free.
The primary research shows that the weyanoki hotel currently trading two business under one building which should not be the policy of any hotel. They should concentrate on one business and not to sell their rare rooms to cheap coach partyâ€™s customers and look for more private customers and they should attract young customers as well by offering and providing different facilities specially to young customers because being nearer to the coast there are lots of chances that young surfers might be looking for the hotel near the coast.
The secondary search shows that the hospitality industry has got competition; they try to take each other market by bringing deals in different ways like some gives price deals in different occasions even some organise festivals in different seasons such as spring festivals, conferences. They also attract the customers by making good relations with them and giving them excellent services. Even now every hotel either its leisure or business class offers internet using facility and also provides sports facilaties.
