The future of McBride Financial Services lies in marketing. McBride is looking to simplify the mortgage application process and provide low cost mortgages. The target consumer will be professionals and retirees looking for a primary or secondary home and families or individuals looking to acquire recreational property. The way McBride markets to these consumers will be how McBride Financial will succeed.
Marketing research will be very important. Credit approval is a requirement for a mortgage loan so it would be beneficial to research the areas McBride looks to serve to determine how the local economy is doing. Both fit within the target consumers for McBride. Pamphlets, flyers, and information packets distributed in these areas are sure to reach many potential customers. Radio stations will also be a good media to spread marketing for McBride. Many people listen to the radio during daily commutes and travelers often listen to local stations when they stay. This would be a good way to grab the attention of a traveler looking for a new place to call home.
A booming housing market is an area McBride will want to target. New homes equal new mortgages. This will be a good market for McBride Financial. Another market area McBride may want to target would be the small business market. Growing small businesses begin to expand and the companies travel begins to grow. These are the professionals that McBride wants to target for new primary or secondary residences.
Internet marketing provides McBride a way to reach millions of potential clients. The target clients will all access different types of websites. McBride can create ads targeted towards the client and make it an appropriate ad for the site. The internet makes it very easy for McBride to alter and update any new marketing promotions. It also provides a way for McBride to build strong ties to their existing clients and create loyalty. Social sites such as Facebook or Twitter will provide McBride with a way to continuously interact and respond to customer needs and concerns. For this to work best, McBride will need to consider who is being targeted and create, send, and respond in attractive ways to these customers. McBride wants the customer to feel they are stepping into a caring relationship with the company so public relations becomes a consideration. It is very quick and easy for a customer to spread an experience with the internet. If an issue arouse, a quick and satisfactory response saves face for the company so good monitoring and appropriate responses are a big consideration for internet marketing to work.
