Clearly the human body is a garden of life. It is the most amazing creation ever given the chance to grow and survive on its own. The 206 bones and 632 muscles are ours to take care and nourish. But to do so, we must exercise and maintain our bodies with committed, regular practice to maximize our physical and mental faculties. These activities include bench pressing, leg pressing, or bicep curling, all of which increase your strength, speed, and agility.
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart and lungs to work together to provide the needed oxygen and fuel to the body during workouts. Good examples are jogging, cycling, or swimming. Aerobic exercises will increase your cardiovascular fitness, which decreases your cardiovascular disease risk factors. These, in turn, improve quality of life aspects such as depression, anxiety, mood status, and self-esteem.
Body composition is the amount of fat mass compared to lean muscle mass, bone and organs. It can be measured in several ways and should be done so at various times throughout your exercise program to show your progress.
Deciding where to exercise can be a big challenge for many. Trying to determine where exercise will fit into your daily schedule combined with your lifestyle demands, costs and availability of outside facilities, having the right equipment to meet your needs, or needing trained and certified instructors as part of your program, are all things to consider when beginning an exercise program. For starters, try at home. It is very inexpensive and very flexible to your schedule. If you feel more comfortable with a fitness center near your home and have the time and finances to support this activity, that can be an option as well. Just decide to make a dedicated time to commit to your exercise fitness and stick to it regardless of what happens to your daily schedule aside from emergencies. Make this activity as routine as brushing your teeth and it will work.
Before beginning your wellness program, decide on what you should wear during your physical fitness. You always need to be as comfortable as possible during exercising. Wear sweat pants, shorts, T-shirts, or clothes that are loose and will not cause you to be constrained during movement...
