The paper I have composed consists of various important components of a successful business meeting if used in the correct manner. This paper gives detail aspects of a business presentation of a report of quarterly sales, which has an audience in the following fields. The customers, stakeholders, salespersons and managers are those in this paper I will address as the audience. The audience maturity in the subject presented their levels of expertise in understanding your topic of presentation. One should consider if they understand one by way of language or information persistent with the needs of the audience. These factors will play a very important part of the meeting to have most effective communication. For example, one would not present the customers and managers with the same information one may present to the stakeholders. The stakeholders are the investors of the corporation. They may have concerns about the profits of the sales data, and how this information would help the organizations production. They are concerned about hearing the financial plan and how the company can grow and make more money in years to come. The customers and the managers share a similarity in what they will do with the information given them. They are concerned about the types of products available and the number of sales of any specific product. They are concerned about dates of products being able to hit the market world and how much of the product they would need to make sure they have the correct number of cliental and if they have enough employees to carry out the tasks at hand. This is why it is very important to focus on and cater to the characteristics of your audience specific fields of interest.
Communication channels are important and serve a specific purpose in presenting different fields of business backgrounds. The channels may vary from a face-to-face message, or telephone call, letters by mail or email if the communication level need it. The most appropriate channel of communication would be the face-to-face encounter you have with your audience. This adds relaxation on the end of the audience, because they can get to know their presenter and could see the presentation up close and personal. This type of presentation have effectiveness because the audience can see the motivation in the way you present your topic and they want to see that you endorse your topic as much as they would. This channel of communication also adds control on the audience, which you are addressing. It also adds self direction to the points which you are trying to get across to your audience. The other advantage that the channel of face-to-face communication will add is an inclusion to the decisions made by the audience.
The considerations, which you should keep in mind, are the experience of your audience. You must make sure that the audience is familiar and know the meaning of the presentation subject that you bring forth.
