First of all, I think Frank should apology to Jack, because Jack get discrimination and unfair treatment at the workplace due to him. Second, Jack lost benefits on both mental and economic. Thus, Frank should compensate it. I think he at least should apply 3 month salary and a good letter to him. Should Jack accept this deal?
I think Jack should not accept this deal. There are some reasons, first, the compensation for the salary is not good enough, and it didn’t include mental damage compensation. Second, the letter can’t tell everything to the new employers because Jack still get fired. Last, I do think the company can’t laid off any employee without a cause.

I don’t think it is appropriate to hire four undocumented labors and paid it hourly with such a low salary. In this United States all the workers are treated equally, all the workers have the same level rights.

It is legal for Lamar to call the ICE, but actually, it isn’t ethical to call ICE to deport the undocumented workers who are the employees without paid.

I do think Bob should have the written contractor with Pete as soon as Pete asked. It should include the overtime and the punishment about absences. In addition, Bob is too kind to Pete that grows up the lazy of Pete and other staff’s complains.
