It is said leadership is the heart of the organization and it is the cause of every action taken in the organization. Different people carry different traits that lead to differences in leadership style in them. In every organization, the leader has their own style of ruling or in other words their leadership.

This primary objective of this assignment is to investigate the relationship of role of leadership on implementing changes in an organization. This finding will allow student to have a better understanding of role of leadership and the way the leader implement changes.

Changes are essential and important to an organization; without changes, an organization will lead to doom because due to its outdated tread and poor environment. Every now and then, changes have to introduce by the leader of the company to ensure the company is keeping up with the latest trend.
Changes can be in the form of changing of the structure of the company or the human resource strategy and etc. Although changes can bring great return to an organization but if it is not implement well or poorly planned, a change could also bring harm to the company. Poorly planned changes will cause confusion among worker and unstable company status. This will lead to very dangerous situation where a company may suffer a terrible loss and loss of performance from the workers.
In today’s world, changes are very vital to an organization in order for an organization to survive in this challenging market. Leader should concern about what a changes cause if he implements it and how will it affect the organization. After a change had been made, there is no undo or it might cost a lot to undo the situation. It is advisable for a leader to plan and do enough research before he implements major changes in the organization.
A change could be in any forms, technology, change of the customers’ trend, company rules, and etc. Leaders should respond to these changes and if fail to do so will cause poor performance of the organization.
Barrier of Changes
There are always barrier when an attempt to implement changes in organization. The barrier could be from the environment, workers, and the leader himself. It makes the changes harder to implement and to achieve what the changes aimed at the first place.
The cooperation from the worker is important in order for the changes to be successfully implemented in the organization. This is because most of the man powers in the organization are the workers.
