Pringles could of have fit in quite seamlessly well in Kraft's organization of upcoming global snacks portfolio, the acquisition or integration of such a scale could of had came very near for the organization with it only just being formed.
Pringles has been one of the world's biggest faces in the world of savory and tasty snacks in the snacking market. It can be easily found standing out from among its other chip brethorn by cusomers spotting its uniquely, uncommon saddle shape along with it being packaged inside such a distint canister. Many have made Pringles, with its well over eighty flavors, one of the snack aisles best sellers for more than 40 years. The Pringles team shares simlilar values and the passion for growth, as the driven people at Kellogg have had for more than 100 years.
Pringles acquisition with Kellogg has made them obtain one of the world's number savory snacks; around triple the times has been international snacks organization business. Pringles acquisition has been an essential step to Kellogg's strategy for expanding their snack business and increasing their global food marketing. Some talented Pringle employees have really strengthened Kellogg's global snacks business with this acquisition. Kellogg has acquired even more terrific business, iconic brand awareness, exceptional employees, world class manufacturing facilities, and has gained a huge platform for growth within acquisiting this merge with Pringles.
Additionally, the Pringles towards the global snacks portfolio advances particularly towards the organizations strategic objective about building up on the global snacks business to get up to par with their global cereal business and expand their global success even more. Pringles acquisition around triple the size of Kellogg's international snacks organization busines as well as adding complementary products to the orgranizations to bring higher quality snack brands involving Cheez-It, Keebler, Special K Cracker Chips, and so on.
After looking over all this information, I believe that Kellogg's decision to acquite with Pringles was a wise desicion. I mean it appears that they have managed to triple their revenue by working with them. Also, Pringles was already such a popular chip, so they at least knew before merging with it that they would receive some handsome benefit from them considering its popularity.
For the corporation that operates internationally, briefly evaluate its international business-level strategy and international corporate-level strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
Provided smaller scale along with lower number of acquisitions within the newer
