Sleep deprivation is getting familiar with a lot of people in the modern world due to numerous problems including the huge amount of work people have to do contrast with the little amount of time they have to complete it. So in an effort to find the best way to deal with it, I want to take a deeper look on the sleep deprivation as well as its consequences, in order to be aware of its effects and make some recommendations for future growth.

People often see sleep as an unimportant thing in life because they have a lot of things to do as the world is getting more and more sophisticated. I have witnessed a lot of people deciding to spend most of their time to stick with work or games, even if they have to stay awake until midnight or several days. Some of them even using stimulant like coffee or tea to keep them conscious to complete their tasks. However, this is a serious problem due to lack of sleep perception. People normally refuse to acknowledge the problems until it happens plainly to them. Therefore, the basic signs of tiredness or headaches occurring after sleep deprivation will not stop them from waking. It is obvious that if people continue ignoring the harmful stimuli that attack their bodies, they will have to pay the price in return.
You cannot control things that happen to you but you can control the way that you react to them. As far as I concerned, getting to know the essences and consequence of sleep deprivation will help me to beware of the bad effects of it and make a healthier and better life for me in the...
