Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Divisional Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining the agenda, arranges travel, and coordinates meetings, conference calls and appointments
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date correspondence, filing, and logging
• Facilitating the flow of documents/information to and from the unit, and ensures financial integrity and consistency
• Acquiring and updating administrative, financial and personal resources materials
• Conducts Internet searches and seeks out new data sources
• Collects, gathers and downloads data and information from websites

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for individuals with a background in administration/support experience and great PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in retail customer service is an asset.

The successful candidate will be extremely organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, is efficient and self-motivated. The nature of our business is fast moving and dynamic so you will need to be flexible and able to efficiently deal with changes in business needs as they arise.
