Time and change are the two things that we always have to think about, no matter what you do as a job or life. If you are not willing to change and understand the time that we live then success will never be an option. The article that really impressed was from the required readings from University of Phoenix. The article title is Putting the Positive in Change Creates an Inspired Work Team. This paper will discuss the article, the author’s conclusion and/or recommendation, my conclusion and/or recommendation, and how the concept in the article applies to my organization.

The ideas that are put forth from the author are greatly understood. All of these area are important. The importance of having an open mind to the ideas that are presented is number one. Without having an open mind the next steps are almost impossible to complete. Once you open then the next step comes almost naturally. Change, and for this you understand that in the healthcare business it always important to bring ideas and then have a way to change to fit the times. So you have and open mind and want to change, how? You have to embrace change and understand that without it you would always be behind the medical healthcare eight ball. The last is to encourage change. When everyone is behind his or her product it becomes that much easier to complete.
My workplace has to deal with change and how to get the best out of the team. It can be challenging to do that and working with technology it is always changing. So taking another approach is exactly what we have to do in this industry. New software...
