I would change the subject line to “Follow-up to employee performance conversation” There is inappropriate use of what will happen.
Should also use specific examples of why the two individuals employment will be terminated. Should schedule specific time to have
the meetings with each individual.
I would be more specific with examples for reason. Terminating an employees employment should be a more formal email even though
this appears to be a follow-up to a meeting on employee performance.
Rewrite e-mail if necessary

Subject line: Follow-up to employee performance meeting Monday.
Tom I wanted to take a moment to follow-up on our meeting yesterday regarding the employee performance reviews for Nicole Stone and
Lorenzo Torres.
Regrettably after the verbal, written and final warnings that have been delivered to both of these employees for productivity and
quality concerns we need to move forward. Based on the company and department goals both have not improved in these areas. After
our meeting with Human Resources yesterday it is clear that we need to terminate the employment of both individuals.
I am scheduling a meeting in the conference room at 3pm today for Nicole, you and myself. I will also schedule a meeting for 4pm
today for Lorenzo, you and me.
